Frequently Asked Questions
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. International orders may be returned, but due to high shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can always contact us for any return question at cuddleberrybaby@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cuddleberrybaby@gmail.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All orders ship from Florida, USA. Our processing time is generally 1-3 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Upgraded shipping speeds are also available at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships!
International orders ship via DHL or UPS to most countries.

Where do you manufacture?
Our clothing is designed in Florida, USA and ethically crafted in China by our reputable manufacturer that we have worked closely with since 2020. They are in compliance with all International Labor Standards. All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
Do you use any flame retardants in your pajamas?
No! Our clothing is not treated with any flame-retardant chemicals
What if I notice slight variations between items?
Our pajamas or sewn by hand, so some slight variations may occur. We do our best to keep our sizing as consistent as possible! Our fabrics are also custom-printed and some slight color discrepancies may occur between batches.
